Vintage Pyrex measuring cup 516 . Closed D handle .  Measurements are marked in ounces and cups only, NO-metric (ml). 
The bottom is marked-- (516 trademark Pyrex made in USA F-S. Use only for General household and photographic use.) 
This measuring cup is beyond normal wear, markings are extremely faded. ( see photo)
Spout has no chips.
I found this while cleaning my parents garage along with some other interesting things that are listed check them out. Since my mother didn't cook at all yes that's hard to believe I'm the oldest of nine and she could burn water. It is my guess this was my Irish grandmother's, she on the other hand did the majority of the cooking and baking for 14 to 40 of us at any given time.
