Vintage ceramic tulip flowers floral handled measuring cup w/ pouring spout

Description

Not sure of the manufacturer or age. It is is 4” tall. Goes up to 2-1/2 cups. No chips but does have a hairline starting at the rim on both the inside and outside. It does have some slight discoloration, paint wear and glaze bumps.
