Vintage 1969-76 USS Halsey  Guided Missile Frigate DLG-23 #6856. Used but in fabulous condition.  Kit is not sealed. However the parts for the ship are in a sealed plastic bag. Comes with instructions.
I am not an expert on model kits and some of the models may be complete but we are not claiming that all the models are complete. You can be the judge yourself. I am not claiming that this kit has all of the pieces required to build it and if you order this item and see the pieces are not all there that is not a reason for returning. I am not an expert on this item, please see photos for details and you be the judge of quality, age, condition, brand etc..  This may have scratches, stains, tears, dents, chips, or other flaws, please see the photo's. Major flaws and any imperfections that were seen are noted, however their may additional minor flaws that were not visible.
