Photo Quality Description:
The photos are a mix of stock photos and actual photos that I take. The photo color might differ slightly from the actual shade you receive but it is the correct color name. The camera and/or the available lighting cause this. Each computer monitor shows different variations of colors & shades. I attempt to duplicate the actual shade of the item as closely as possible by matching the listing photo with the actual product to the best of my ability.
Return Policy:
Please check your item/s upon receipt. If there is any issue in terms of quality or if it does not match the description in the listing, please send me a message on E-bay for return instructions.
All returns must be in original condition. The cost of shipping the item is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Since I offer FREE SHIPPING in all or almost all my items, the actual shipping cost I paid to ship to you will be deducted from your refund. Please contact me within 30 days of receipt for any return.
We gladly accept returns for a full refund on unopened, unused items within 30 days. If for ANY reason you feel you cannot leave 5 star feedback, have any questions, or would like to return your item, please contact me first and I will be happy to help. I do charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns that are not due to anything of our fault.
Damage Policy:
If a order arrives damaged, you must retain the product until arrangments can be made for a return and/or refund. Photos must be sent for proof and insurance purposes.

Shipping
We offer

domestic shipping on all items, unless otherwise stated. We use USPS First Class for most items, and the standard shipping time is approximately 1 week. All items have a 1 business day handling period, and will usually be shipped with in 24 hours of payment being received (excluding Saturday and Sunday, all items on these days will be shipped the following Monday). All packages are wrapped carefully to prevent damage, and include a tracking number.
International Shipping Policy:
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer?s responsibility. Please check with your country?s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
First Class Mail International (economy shipping) does not include insurance or any reimbursement for lost or damaged packages.
Tracking is not available once the package goes out of US soil.
Wrong Address Policy:
If you do not receive your package within the estimated time of delivery given, please send me a message on eBay so we can have it investigated and I can help retrieve or replace the item/s.
If the package is

due to: "insufficient address", "wrong address", "addressee unknown" or any reason given of this nature, I will notify you via eBay messaging. I will ask you of the new address and require you to pay the shipping fee to resend the package or I can issue a full refund.
