We ship out all items within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
You will receive an email confirmation once the item is shipped. US shipments will also have a delivery/tracking number for your item. The cost of Domestic and International Priority Mail shipments include postal insurance & handling fees. First Class Mail International shipments cannot be insured. We do charge a small handling fee for the proper shipping materials that are used to package your item to ensure safe delivery. However, despite our best efforts, there is always the chance that an item could arrive broken.
For domestic indemnity claims either the mailer or addressee (recipient) may file.
Please be advised that the form needed to file a claim with the US postal Service is a
PS Form-1000. This form can be obtained either via the Internet or your local post office.
If the mailer files a damage claim for an article still in the possession of the addressee, the addressee is required to retain the damaged article and container (including packaging, wrapping, and any other contents received) until the claim is fully resolved.
INSURANCE IS VOID IF ALL CONTENTS/MATERIALS ARE NOT RETAINED and PROPER STEPS FOLLOWED WITH FULL ADDRESSEE CO-OPERATION!!! NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN!!!
Upon written request by the USPS, the addressee must turn the materials over to a Post Office for inspection, retention, and disposition in accordance with the claims decision. The following is what is required to file an insurance claim: An article number on package/label, evidence of insurance, evidence of value and proof of damage for loss/missing contents. If you prefer to file a damage claim we will assist you in anyway we can, which would include sending you a scanned image of our receipt showing proof of insurance etc.
