1966 1967 Washington DC Overprint date License Plate Tag - EXC

This is a rare Washington DC license plate. Dated 3-31-66 with an overprint 3-31-67. Please check pictures to see excellent condition on both sides. The plate is not perfectly straight. It is more than 3 years old.
Postage is .50 worldwide, registered mail with international track & trace number.
